You can do it even without an external Card Reader: Switch your Fantom device into the storage mode of the source memory (where your have your patch to be exported), connect it with the PC and start YASE. Save the related patch to a file *.PAT (page Editors -> Patches).
Switch your Fantom device into the storage mode of the destination memory, connect it with the PC again and restart YASE. Import the patch to the destination patch number. Reboot your Fantom device. Simple, isn't it?
