Problem with registering

The code I received from share-it does not work for my YASE 2 from YASE 1 Update (incorrect registration code !).
I sent you a mail already in order to receive a new license key (with the billing attached as described in the registration sheet).
Perhaps you have to check the registration process for YASE product updates, I hardly believe that I'm the only one having trouble with that.

Hi,
we more than once tried to respond (and searched the web for an alternative inbox for you), but your e-mail address is not available - the server answered "A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:...".
Thats why you have no response up to now. Please send us your request via another e-mail.

Thanks for your reply, I received it on the other e-mail address you selected.

Unfortunately even with the new code you sent me, registration of YASE 2 is still not possible.
I sent you a separate mail with more information.
